Based on various previous studies, it has been found that entrepreneurial behavior plays a crucial role in improving MSMEs performance. Several previous studies have shown that entrepreneurs with strong entrepreneurial characteristics tend to develop their businesses more effectively, overcome business challenges with appropriate strategies, and adapt to market changes. The review process in this article was conducted through a literature analysis of reputable scientific journals from the last ten years. This approach ensures that the information obtained is sourced from relevant and up-to-date research. The literature review findings indicate that entrepreneurial behavior consists of several key indicators that significantly contribute to MSMEs performance, like perseverance in business, responsiveness to opportunities, innovation, motivation, independence, self-confidence, and risk-taking ability The study findings highlight that these indicators—perseverance, responsiveness to opportunities, innovation, motivation, independence, self-confidence, and risk-taking—positively and significantly influence MSMEs business performance. With a combination of these factors, MSMEs can enhance their competitiveness and sustain business growth. In conclusion, entrepreneurial behavior plays an essential role in driving business success in MSMEs. This is reflected in significant growth in various business aspects, such as increased production output and continuous revenue growth among business owners.
